Pender Island is located in the Gulf of Georgia, just north of the American San Juan Islands, and in between Vancouver on the mainland and Sidney and Victoria on Vancouver
Island. Pender Island has a temperate year round climate.
Pender Island (Otter Bay Ferry Terminal) is accessible by ferries from both Vancouver (Tsawwassen) and Sidney (Swartz Bay).
Pender Island is about a 40 minute ferry ride from Victoria (Swartz Bay), or about a 2 hour ferry ride from Vancouver (Tsawwassen). (Note: Ferry times may vary due to ferry schedules. Please confirm crossing times with BC Ferries.)
Airline service is also available through Seair.
The Pender Islands are made up of North and South Pender Island and are separated by a dredged narrow canal, linked by a one lane bridge.
SERENITY is located on North Pender, which has several subdivisions. SERENITY is located in the Magic Lake subdivision, about a 15 minute drive from Otter Cove, where the ferry docks. SERENITY is a waterfront home, with spectacular ocean views.
